Booking Policy

Prior to booking your event please take a moment to review our booking policies below.

Dogg’n Out & Catering Booking Policy

1. Reservation Process:

   – A deposit is required to reserve your date. Please contact us at +1(661)802-2945 for details on securing your booking.

2. Deposit Schedule:

   – For events with 25 people or less: $150 deposit

   – For events with 50 people or less: $200 deposit

   – For events with 100 people or less: $300 deposit

   – The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your event.

3. Pricing:

   – The cost per plate is available upon request. Please call us for pricing details.

   – All prices include applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation Policy:

   – Cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

   – Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event will forfeit the entire deposit.

5. Changes to Booking:

   – Any changes to your booking (date, time, guest count) must be communicated at least 7 days in advance.

   – We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.

6. Final Details:

   – Final headcount and menu selections must be provided at least 7 days before the event.

7. Liability:

   – Dogg’n Out and Catering is not liable for any damages or injuries that occur during the event. Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for all guests and pets.
